Parents Sponsored Category Visa
Parent Visa enables parents of children who are Australian citizens or permanent residents to be sponsored for permanent residence in Australia.

Parents of Australian citizen or permanent residents may be eligible for long-stay visitor visas for parents, and this may be an option worth considering.

You will be eligible for the parent category Australian visa if :

• Your child holds a Australian citizenship, or Australian permanent residency, or eligible New Zealand citizenship

• Application fee cost is AUD$43,600 per migrating parent which is nonrefundable.
• Processing time of this visa is 24 months.
• Contributory Application cost is requested one the police and health checks are cleared.

AGED PARENTS – Onshore Application Two Options :-
If one of the parents under 65 years whose children at least 50% are settled in Australia are eligible under this visa. Parent can travel on Visit or tourist to Australia, after He/she enters Australia can submit the application for permanent residency class visa.

AGED PARENT VISA (Subclass 804)
This visa is falls under noncontributory parents visa under this visa parents can live in Australia until the decision is made, this is one of the most unfavorable visa due to the processing time is 25 years or above. Parents need to apply bridging visa during this visa process need to apply for bridging Visa under B category to move out of Australia for temporary reasons.

CONTRIBUTORY AGED PARENT VISA (Subclass 864)

• Parents over 65 years whose children at least 50% are settled in Australia are eligible under this visa.
• Application under 864 can to be made Inside Australia,.
• Application fee is AUD$43,600 per migrating parent which is nonrefundable.
• Processing time of this visa is 24 months.
• Contributory Application cost is requested one the police and health checks are cleared.
