Germany Business visa requirement

• Valid passport (issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return; passports with observations regarding the front data page cannot be accepted) with at least two empty pages.
• Online application form (https://videx.diplo.de/)& declaration duly signed
• 02 photo as per specification 35 by 45 80% face white background, not older than 6 months
• Original covering on company letter head with whole travel details & With authorized person name, designation, company seal & signed
• Invitation letter from Germany on company letter head in details with seal and sign.
• Hotel confirmation as per travel date.
• Ticket itinerary.
• Travel health insurance (Kindly refer to india.diplo.de/visa to find out about the travel health insurances accepted)
• Personal bank statement for last 03 month with sufficient balance along with original bank seal & sign
• Copy of personal IT paper for last 03 years.
• Salary-slip for last 03 month with company seal.
• Indian company registration copy.
• Company IT paper for last 03 years.
• Company bank statement for last 03 month with bank seal & sign.
• Final Covid-19 vaccination certificate with mention passport number

German Tourist Visa :

01.Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return,

4. Original covering letter from pax on business letter head with whole travel details With authorized person name, designation, company seal & signed, If working then covering letter on plain paper & leave letter from Indian company,
5. Personal Income tax Papers for last 03 years,
6. Personal bank statement for last 06 month till dated,
7. Salary slips for last 3 months,
8. Overseas medical insurance as per the Air ticket
9. Hotel booking as per travel date,
10. Return Air ticket.
11. Final Covid-19 vaccination certificate with mention passport number

Germany Family visit visa

• Invitee passport copy and residence permit copy
• Ticket itinerary.
• Travel health insurance (Kindly refer to india.diplo.de/visa to find out about the travel health insurances accepted)
• Personal IT paper for last 03 years.
